Thematic Focus: Statelessness

News:

I included a reference to the Tilburg Law Review's Special Issue on Statelessness in my last post on statelessness.  However, since then, it was announced that free access to the full-texts of all articles would be granted for one year!

UNHCR's Statelessness Unit announced on its Facebook page that Peru just acceded to the 1954 Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons - the first country to do so in 2014.
